Fast, well‑made custom software for manufacturers

  • AI agents
  • Low latency
  • Offline work and sync
  • Machine and instrument data
  • Accounting and payments
  • Real-time
  • Roles and audit log
  • On-premises hosting
  • Email and SMS notifications
  • Maps and routes
  • Dashboards and reports
  • Multiple languages

We design and build the software a business runs on, from the first screens to deployment. Each application is designed for daily use, stays fast as the records grow, and is documented for further development.

What we build

  • Cross-platform desktop applicationsWindows, macOS, and Linux. Opens quickly, works without internet, and can connect to devices.
  • High-performance web appsBusiness systems and customer portals in the browser, from simple forms to planning boards and editors.
  • AI agentsAssistants that answer from your own documents with citations, and agents that carry out routine steps in your records.
  • High-throughput backends and APIsTyped APIs with clear contracts, real-time updates, and search, reports, and calculations that stay quick as the records grow.

Features

  • IntegrationsAccounting, payments, e-invoicing (NAV Online in Hungary), maps, email and SMS, and other business systems.
  • Works offlineWarehouse, field, vehicle, plant floor. Work can continue without a connection and sync when it returns.
  • Native codeRust where speed or memory matters: the calculation, the sync engine, or the module inside a larger application. Measured on your data rather than on a demo.
  • Connected to devicesScanners, scales, label printers, and measuring instruments, over USB, serial, or TCP, with the readings stored as they arrive.

What a first release looks like: the ERP for liquid cargo operations.

Inventory, ownership transfers, blending, and transport documents for a liquid cargo business, in one system, with roles, an audit entry behind every change, and printable documents. A web application and a desktop application share one Rust core, and the desktop app keeps working when a terminal loses connectivity.

It went from scoping to a working release in under eight weeks.

How we work.

  1. 01
    Understand first, build second

We learn how the business runs, including the exceptions, before we write code, and prepare the specification ourselves.

  2. 02
    Best tools available

Modern languages, platforms, and hosting that suit the workload best.

  3. 03
    No overengineering

The simplest architecture that will still be right in two years. Fewer moving parts, fewer surprises.

  4. 04
    Fast software

Speed comes from a clean design and from measuring on real data.

  5. 05
    Less consulting, more building

Working software from the first weeks, so decisions are made on something you can try. The first release covers a small set of workflows, each finished for daily use.

  6. 06
    Direct communication

You talk to the engineers writing the code, and you get a written status update every week.

  7. 07
    Production-ready

Logs, metrics, backups, and documentation are part of the build, so the system runs on its own and the next engineer can continue it.

  8. 08
    Fair price, no surprises

A fixed price for the agreed scope. Anything beyond it is quoted before we start.

What happens after you write to us.

  1. A reply within 24 hoursAn engineer replies with first questions. We then discuss the design and architecture together and turn the idea into a clear plan, by email, on a call, or in person.
  2. Written proposal (PRD)The scope and a timeline with clear milestones, within a week.
  3. Transparent work and daily communicationWe send daily updates, and you have direct access to the engineers, so decisions and adjustments happen quickly.
  4. Launch and handoverWe deploy the release, and your team accepts it against the criteria agreed in the proposal. You receive the source code, the documentation, and access to everything we set up, so any engineer can continue the work.
  5. Long-term support and evolutionAfter launch, we maintain the application and extend it as requirements change. The first three months of maintenance are included.

Questions about this service

Do you build websites?

Not as a rule. We build applications: the systems, portals, and desktop software a business runs on. For a marketing website, a web agency will usually serve you better and cost less.

Do I need a CTO or a technical brief?

No. We work directly with a founder or the person responsible for the business workflow.

Can you build under our own brand?

Yes. Agencies and product companies bring us projects for their clients. We work in your repository, follow your process, and the delivery goes out under your name.

What is included in the MVP price?

The agreed first release: UI/UX design, development, testing, deployment, and handover. Our reference price is €11,500 (€9,200 as a founding client). Scoping and three months of maintenance are free.

Do you build mobile apps?

Yes. We build responsive web applications for phones and tablets, and a native app where a project needs one.
