What does founding client mean?

After launch, you agree to a short written interview for a case study. We agree what gets published before the project starts.

Continued development

New features and further releases after you accept the MVP. Also applies when a larger agreed scope or changed requirements take development beyond eight weeks.

Maintenance

€300/ month

Bug fixes, dependency updates, server administration, and deployment support. The first three months after every MVP are free.

Questions before we start.

What does free scoping include?

A conversation about your business, users, workflows, and constraints. You then receive a product requirements document (PRD) for the first release: the scope, the price, and the deadlines.

How complete is the first release?

It is a production release. It covers the agreed workflows, each finished with the roles, error handling, and reporting that daily use needs.

Is the MVP always €11,500?

€11,500 is our reference price for an MVP with a defined scope and 6–8 weeks of development. We confirm the deliverables and price after free scoping. Larger products and migrations receive a separate estimate.

How does the founding client price work?

Agree to a written interview, a case study, and use of your company logo on our website after development. In return, your MVP is €9,200 instead of €11,500. We agree what can be published before we start.

Is maintenance free even at the standard price?

Yes. Every MVP includes three months of maintenance at no extra charge: bug fixes and DevOps for the delivered application. New features and third-party costs are separate.

How do payments and changes work?

The proposal sets out milestones, payments, and acceptance criteria. If requirements change, we agree the effect on scope, timing, and cost before doing the additional work.

How is VAT handled?

We invoice under the reverse-charge rule and you pay exactly the amount shown.

A reply within 24 hoursAn engineer replies with first questions. We then discuss the design and architecture together and turn the idea into a clear plan, by email, on a call, or in person.
Written proposal (PRD)The scope and a timeline with clear milestones, within a week.
Transparent work and daily communicationWe send daily updates, and you have direct access to the engineers, so decisions and adjustments happen quickly.
Launch and handoverWe deploy the release, and your team accepts it against the criteria agreed in the proposal. You receive the source code, the documentation, and access to everything we set up, so any engineer can continue the work.
Long-term support and evolutionAfter launch, we maintain the application and extend it as requirements change. The first three months of maintenance are included.
